Conditions of trading over the phone

Trading over the phone is very much like trading in the Internet. You can give the same orders over the phone as you send via the Web.

When talking to your dealer over the phone, please be polite and follow the rules of business ethics. During each phone call you are allowed to ask about the quote for each traded currency only 3 times.

The system of trading over the phone looks like the following:

Concluding deals.

1. You name the number of your subaccount and password.
2. You ask about the quote of the currency you are interested in.
3. One of the following phrases should follow:
- "I buy"
- "I sell"
- "nothing"
4. In case of "I buy" and "I sell" you'll have to name the number of contracts and leverage.
5. The dealer's phrase will follow: "The deal is concluded". After that the dealer will list all the conditions of the deal.

If the price has been changed, the dealer has the right to answer "The price has changed" and offer you a new quote.

An example of a dialogue between a client and a dealer.

• Subaccount 123456, password 654321. I'm asking for the quote on the Euro-dollar (or pound sterling-dollar, or dollar-yen, or dollar-franc).
• Euro-dollar 0.9220/0.9225
• I buy. 1 contract at leverage 1:100
• The deal is concluded. Subaccount 123456. You bought Euro-dollar at the price of 0.9225, 1 contract at leverage of 1:100

Working with orders.

1. You name the number of your subaccount and password.
2. You name the order you want and the price level or time level of its execution. To cancel or correct your order you should name the number of the order you want to change as well as the changes.
3. The phrase of the dealer "The order has been accepted" follows, and after that the dealer will list the conditions of the order.

Example 1

• Subaccount 123456, password 654321. Please set the limit on position 555555 at the level of 118.97.
• Subaccount 12345. The limit on the position of 555555 has been set at the level of 118.97.

Example 2

• Subaccount 123456, password 654321. Please sell the dollar-franc from the level of 1.6805, 2 contracts at the leverage 1:50.
• Subaccount 123456. Your order to create a pending position for selling the dollar-franc has been set at the level of 1.6805, 2 contracts at the leverage of 1:50, position has been given the number 777777.

Example 3

• Subaccount 123456, password 654321. Please cancel the pending position number 888888.
• Subaccount 123456. The pending position number 888888 is cancelled.
