Privacy policy of PRO-FOREX.com means respect and protection of private rights of our clients.

PRO-FOREX does not collect any personal information (such as, for example, names, addresses and e-mail addresses) about the people visiting our web-site.

When a person is registered on the site PRO-FOREX.com to get access to the work in the financial market, we ask him to give us some personal information (name, address, phone, e-mail, bank requisites a.o.), which is inserted into our database. When we grant services to registered users, we also watch some technical parameters (login, password, date and time, service parameters), necessary for normal functioning of the system. Registration and current information about our clients is used only inside the company or for rendering requested services. These data will not be published, sold or given over to a third person. PRO-FOREX.com can disclose the information about a user on special occasions, when we have a reason to believe that by disclosing this information we can call to justice a person who might damage and intervene (consciously or unconsciously) with the rights or property of PRO-FOREX.com, our other users, and any other juridical subject that can be damaged in the result of such activities. PRO-FOREX.com leaves itself the right to disclose the information about a user in case of a special resolution of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.

In case something in your private information is changed (e.g. your address), we'll make corrections in our database on your order.

If we need information about a client, we ask the client himself in a clear form. You always have a choice whether to give us information about yourself or refuse to do it. PRO-FOREX.com does not collect any personal information about our users in a secret form or without a user's consent.
